There are some stresses in life that are hard to explain unless you’ve lived them as a woman. ❤️

The mental load of remembering everyone’s appointments, birthdays, schedules, needs, and “don’t forgets.” Being the one who somehow knows where everything is, what everyone needs for dinner, and what’s happening three weeks from now. 😅

Trying to be a good mom, partner, daughter, friend, employee, business owner, and everything in between… while also remembering that you’re supposed to take care of yourself somewhere in there.

The pressure to look good, stay healthy, keep the house together, make time for everyone, answer the texts, show up for the people we love, and somehow still have energy left at the end of the day.

And then there are the things we don’t always talk about... the constant worrying, overthinking, comparing ourselves to other women, questioning whether we’re doing enough, and feeling guilty when we finally take a moment for ourselves.

Sometimes we’re exhausted but keep going.
Sometimes we’re overwhelmed but say, “I’m fine.”
Sometimes we just need five minutes where nobody needs anything from us. 😂

So if you’re feeling stretched thin lately, please know you’re not alone. You don’t have to have it all together every single day. You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to ask for help. You’re allowed to put yourself first sometimes.

And most importantly, you’re allowed to be a woman who is doing her best; even when her best looks different every day. ❤️
