3 Simple Ways to Keep Your Skin Glowing This Summer

I love this question because the truth is that what you do at home is just as important as what I do in the treatment room. Here are three simple things you can start doing right now to keep your glow going strong:

1. Never skip your SPF.
Sun damage is one of the biggest causes of premature aging. My current favorite is the PCA SKIN Sheer Tint SPF 45 because it feels light, gives a natural tint, and works for both everyday wear and pool days.

2. Exfoliate gently but consistently.
