Teresa’s goal is to bring healing to the Body, Mind and Soul through her Reiki and Sound Sessions.
So grateful for this beautiful experience in Sedona.
Reiki, sound, equine therapy, and the beautiful connection between horses and heart. Thank you for hosting this amazing group of women and allowing us to share such a special experience together.
So much gratitude. 🐴✨
What a beautiful way to spend time in Sedona—circling with eight women from all over, sharing equine therapy, Reiki, and sound alongside the horses. 🐴
It felt peaceful, sacred, and beautifully simple. So grateful to share this work in a place that is so dear to my heart🏜️🌵

The gong continues to remind me to listen deeply, trust the vibration, and allow sound to take us where words cannot.
Sound as prayer. Sound as healing. Sound as remembrance.

There are moments when the greatest preparation is simply becoming still. 🙏🌊
So grateful for this time on the West Coast—to reflect, pray, listen, learn, and deepen my own practice. I’m looking forward to coming home renewed and ready to step back into something I truly love… teaching Reiki.

What a beautiful experience holding a private sound bath in Joshua Tree. ✨
Sound as prayer. Stillness as medicine. And the desert as sacred space.
So grateful for where this work continues to take me.

Today I had the privilege of sharing a Reiki Level Three attunement with Dawn on Airport Loop.
There was a moment when I couldn’t tell where the red earth ended and my feet began… or where I ended and the sky began. Everything felt like one—land, sky, breath, and sacred presence.
To share Reiki in this place and let that sacred offering ripple outward from these red rocks is something I will never forget.
So deeply grateful.
