Excuse the chaos, we switched booking sites!

We know it's been a little chaotic this week with appointment information, and we are very appreciative of all of amazing clients for jumping these hurdles with us. We try to be as transparent with everyone as possible, so here is a rundown of everything that's been happening. On Tuesday we were unable to log into our scheduling platform. Every time we tried to log in it said our site was under maintenance. Luckily for Tuesday we had a list of our appointments that day. Wednesday site still says under maintenance. We called vagaro and they had no clue as to what was going on and were unable to help. Wednesday night we made the executive decision to switch providers. The unfortunate thing was with no access to our accounts we still did not have any appointment information nor did we have any client contact info. We did try our best to accommodate every appointment as they filtered in. We did however get great news Friday evening and finally got access to vagaro again! So where does that leave us now? We are officially moved to Square booking. We were able to transfer all scheduled appointments until May 31st into square. If you had anything scheduled past that or reoccurring appointments set up please stop by or call the shop and we will get them put in. If you're an avid app user, square also has the squarego app and our website where you can continue to find us. Again thank you all for your patience and we are so excited to be back to normal operations again!

Hey everyone! Firstly we are so sorry for the issues with Vagaro we’ve been experiencing today. Unfortunately our site is showing under maintenance and they don’t know why. This means we have zero access to your or Vagaro account or our contact information for all our clients. I e understand this isn’t ideal and we are actively working with Vagaro to correct this issue. With that said we also don’t have access to our appointments. We are hopeful we will have this situation rectified by tomorrow afternoon, but we don’t have a direct answer at this time. If you do have any questions we will do our best to assist. Please call the shop during business hours at (208) 982-5920 or reach out to us here and we’ll do our best to assist!

Just a heads up. Our barber Daniel leaves for Germany on the 17th. He’s in the shop until 6pm today and working late until the 17th. Feel free to walk in or give the shop a call and schedule an appointment.
