While most women need to external process through the bumps in the road, some women need a safe place to just think and process. Sometimes, even those who need to talk it out just need a quiet place to catch their breath.
When my clients need a “quiet appointment”, big lights get turned off, ambient light comes on, the door is shut, music is optional & prayer is offered. Because we all need a safe place to be.
If you’re my client, just give me the nod and let the tear drop fall, and let the space become yours.

It’s not too often I highlight a specific client. I love every one of them. Today is a special day. Today is the 91st bday of the oldest client I serve. Monique is from France and her eyes have seen so much that we only read of in history books. She was 9 years old what World war 2 started in Europe and when Germany invaded France. She really is a walking history book.
I asked Monique, “If there was one word you would share to people to live a long and full 91 years of life, what would it be?”
Her response: “Courage my dear. Courage.”
She says that in life you will find “many many hard times. And if you don’t have courage, you won’t be able to get through those hard times. It takes courage my dear.”
Wisdom from our elders.

May this post remind us that hard times is inevitable. But we can survive and persevere. It’s a reminder to take some time and glean wisdom from the elders around us. They have so much to offer us. After all, they’ve done it and survived.

We wish you a very very happy 91 birthday to you, Monique!!! May this year be ever full of more joy and blessings over you!
