My husband and I were brand new parents who felt there had to be more choices for infant and child care products than what the mainstream brands had to offer. We were leery of the ingredients and chemicals they were made with and didn’t feel comfortable putting them on our children. Both or our children use cloth diapers and we noticed both of them were very sensitive to scents and the chemicals t
hat were in other products while changing them and during bath time. In the pursuit of a more natural approach we realized we didn’t even know where to begin. I began to research natural skin products that have been used for centuries from all around the world. The result was an endeavor to create natural organic skin products for myself and our children. Some of my close friends and family began asking me for the products I make and after a while I decided to share them with the rest of the world. Nourishing Skin was born as a result. All of our products are made with natural and organic ingredients. Because there are no preservatives or additives we make all of our products fresh to order so they are the freshest when they are delivered to your doorstep. Our beauty products and children’s care products must pass the most stringent of tests- the mommy test. The mommy test is simply a question. Would I put that on my own child?
