Integral Being Health) was founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, CA and has existed in several locations over the years. Austin Ahern is the founder and sole practitioner at the center in Caldwell, ID and has many years of experience in multiple modalities. Austin has extensive training and practical experience in Qigong Healing, Acupressure and Asian Bodywork, Swedish Massage and is an Esalen® Massage trained and certified professional. He has devoted many years to his personal and Spiritual cultivation and also offers classes in internal energy movement and meditation arts. All this experience and focus helps to create a very unique (and gentle, yet deep...) healing experience in his sessions.
