I love being awakened by the sun. Feeling it's warmth kiss my face fills me with joy. I am loving hints of spring emerging. There's no way I'm going to let head and neck tension take a minute away from this beautiful day. Oils to the rescue.

Had a nice afternoon mixing up these little blends for some sweet mamas and their new babies today. I sure wish I'd known about essential oils when I was a young mama. So many times I felt helpless not knowing how to help my babies and not wanting to always give them medicine for this or that. I also could have used the emotional support they offer!! It has been so Empowering to run to the oils first. Nine times out of ten I don't need to turn to meds.
I am thankful every day that someone introduced them to me. I seriously use them every.single.day for so many things!

Morning came early to our home today. !!! We were up way too late last night with kids getting everything ready for their first day of school in a new state. This combo was this morning to help get everybody moving.
