Keto French Toast Recipe :-

Ingredients:

4 slices of low-carb bread (such as almond flour bread)

2 eggs

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp butter or coconut oil

keto-friendly syrup (optional)

Instructions:

In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated well.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or coconut oil.

Once the skillet is hot, add the slices of bread and cook until both sides are golden brown.

Serve with keto-friendly syrup (such as sugar-free maple syrup) if desired. Enjoy your keto french toast!

# # **KETO CHICKEN CRUST PIZZA **🍕

CRUST

3 (5oz) cans of chicken

2 eggs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Dash/to taste: Basil, garlic powder, salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Pat to make a pizza like circular crust. Place on lined baking sheet.

Bake 30 min @ 375 degrees

TOPPING

Mozzarella cheese (or shredded cheese of choice)

2-3 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce

4 slices Bacon (or topping of choice)

Parsley

Once crust out of oven spread sauce, add cheese and topping. Sprinkle parsley and back in oven 15-20 min or until golden brown.

Slice and enjoy!! (Pizza shown is less than 5 net grams per whole pizza!)

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders 😍
Ingredients
* 2.5 pounds chicken tenderloins
* 3/4 cup mayo
* 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Combine the mayo, 1/4 cup of the cheese, garlic, and salt in a medium bowl. Add the chicken and stir to coat. Put the chicken on a large baking sheet. I put parchment on mine to save on the cleanup
3. Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through
5. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese. Watch the chicken closely if you are broiling so it doesn't burn

INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
* 1 clove garlic
* 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (weight after peeled)
* kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
* 7 wooden skewers

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a food processor pulse basil, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until smooth.
* Slowly add the olive oil while pulsing.
* Combine raw shrimp with pesto and marinate a few hours in a bowl.
* Soak wooden skewers in water at least 20 minutes (or use metal ones to avoid this step). Thread shrimp onto 7 skewers.
* Heat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-low heat until hot. Be sure the grates are clean and spray lightly with oil.
* Place the shrimp on the hot grill and cook until shrimp turns pink on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes; turn and continue cooking until shrimp is opaque and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Melty California Grilled Avocado Chicken 🌱🌞🥑🍅

makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 6 oz. each
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp dry Italian seasonings
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 slices high quality mozzarella cheese
4 large slices ripe avocado
4 large slices fresh tomato
4 large fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsps high quality balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps raw honey

Instructions:
In a large glass bowl add chicken, oil, garlic, Italian seasonings, sea salt and pepper. Toss well to get chicken coated.

Heat a grill pan or an outside grill to medium-high.

Grill chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side (about 10 minutes total) , or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Top chicken with mozzarella, avocado, and tomato slices, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, just until cheese is melted.

In a small glass bowl whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt.

Drizzle this balsamic mixture over the chicken and garnish with your fresh basil leaves. Enjoy! ❤
