Sheet pan sweet and sour pork is one of my favorite sheet pan meals. It’s ready in only 30 mins and clean up is quick and easy! I love to serve it over cauliflower fried rice and top it with toasted sesame seeds for garnish.

RECIPE: Keto Beef Taquitos 😋

►Ingredients
:
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef
¼ Cup Minced Onion
1 Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Chili Powder
½ Tsp Paprika
½ Tsp Onion Powder
½ Tsp Garlic Power
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
½ Cup Water
SPAGHETTI SAUCE by
Living a Ketogenic lifestyle can be as simple as spaghetti sauce. This classic dish is so delicious that I don’t even miss the pasta. I use Rao’s Homemade Marina sauce that’s only 5 net carbs for 1/2 a cup with ground beef topped with mozzarella cheese.
1 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup onions chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
Olive oil
Mushrooms sliced
1 jar Rao’s Marinara Sauce
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, mushrooms, then add the ground beef. Once the beef almost cooked, pour in Rao’s Marinara sauce and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with a topping of shredded mozzarella cheese and enjoy!
