I would love to treat those affected by the fire to a nice shampoo wash, extra long neck/head massage and blowout. I can be a listening ear or you can just sit back and relax while I do all the work for you. It’s been a long few days and you deserve to be taken care of.

Summer is ending and it’s time for those darker, warm/copper fall colors to come back! (There’s no strict rule that says you can’t stay light in the fall or winter though!😉)

💜Purple Shampoo or 💙Blue Shampoo…Which one is right for you?

Purple shampoo is meant for blondes/highlighted blondes and blue shampoo is meant for darker highlights/brunettes (like the one pictured here).

Both combat brass but at different levels of lightness. Purple for yellowish brassy tones and Blue for orange brassy tones.

They are best used once a week, every few weeks or every now and then when you start to feel like your hair is turning brassy. If used too much it can turn your hair into a super ashy and dull hue and dry out your ends.

When using these pigmented shampoos, you should first wash your hair with regular shampoo to get all the dirt and impurities out of your hair so that the color shampoos can do their best work. They should always be followed up by a pigmented conditioner/hair mask (if you want extra toning power) or a regular hair mask to prevent it from drying out too much.

You can also shampoo with your regular shampoo and only use a pigmented conditioner or mask if you prefer that instead…Just make sure not to leave it on too long unless you want your hair to actually turn purple or blue!!
