Friendly reminder for those shoveling snow - STRETCH that lower back!! Child’s Pose,Happy Baby, hugging your knees to your chest (maybe rock side to side), and lift with your knees. Don’t put all the pressure on your back. If something doesn’t feel right after you shovel a bunch, get ahold of me. Happy to help or point you in the right direction for treatment.
