Friendly Reminder 💜

When you book a massage appointment, please take a moment to add it to your personal calendar or set a reminder. My booking system does send out reminder messages the day before your appointment, but occasionally technology glitches and some clients don’t receive them. Because of that, I kindly ask that you also keep your own reminder.

Lately, I’ve had an increase in no-call, no-show appointments. As a small business owner, this has a significant impact on both my schedule and my income. When an appointment is missed without notice, I don’t have enough time to offer that opening to another client—many of whom have been waiting weeks for an appointment.

I truly appreciate all of my wonderful clients who arrive on time and honor their appointments. Your support means more than you know!

At this time, I do not charge a cancellation or no-show fee, but if the number of no-call, no-shows continues, I will unfortunately need to implement one in the near future.

Thank you for your understanding, your respect for my time, and for supporting my small business. I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment! 💆‍♀️
