This page officially marks a new chapter for me.

My name is Baylee Hill (finally a Mrs.🤍) and I am an esthetician/lash tech now based out of American Expressions Hair Salon in Cambridge, Ohio. I am sorry this post took so long to come as I have been searching for the right words to say. I know this is a long post, please hang in there.

As many of my clients know, I had a major career shift a little over a year ago that altered my schedule heavily and made it difficult to balance both careers and my personal life. I have always advocated for mental health and I am so blessed to have found my newer job as I feel like I truly make a difference. With this though, came a lot of really hard decisions that I had to make with my beauty career. Through it all, you all have been nothing short of patient, understanding, and endlessly supportive. I truly could not ask for a better group of people.

As many of you know, I previously co owned Glow Beauty Lounge with one of my closest friends. While I miss and love all of my glow girls deeply, the decision to step away was not taken lightly and it was a hard one that I had to make for myself and my future. I am so grateful for the experience that I received not only as an owner but with all of the memories we share there.

This page will not only be home to my work behind the chair, but also a space for me. You might see a little lifestyle, a day in the life of me, thrift finds, hobbies, or whichever path I may go next. There are so many things that bring me joy and I want to share them with all of you!

To my friends and family: you all are truly the best in listening to my thoughts out loud and trying to figure out my life. I know it’s been a roller coaster of emotions in making decisions and I can’t express enough how I grateful I am to have constant love and support🖤

And lastly, thank you to Britney It’s extremely full circle being back working with you as it’s where my career started. I am so excited to be working with you again, I can’t thank you enough for putting up with me slowly (very slowly) turning my room into a space that feels like me and being so supportive with every decision!🖤
