La Flamme Barber Shop, Cambridge, MA (Est. 1898) – George Papalimberis, owner of Le Flamme Barber Shop, may be celebrating his 91st birthday in April, but his smile, good nature, and charm are timeless. A beloved figure in Harvard Square, he has been serving the community for more than four decades.

Mr. George began his professional life as an undercover police officer in Greece before moving to the United States in the 1970s, where he has been cutting hair ever since. His client list over the years is as impressive as his business, with notable names such as Barack Obama, Yo-Yo Ma, and Ted Cruz.

After meeting Mr. George, it's easy to believe that kindness, laughter, and doing what you love may be the secret to staying young. It certainly seems to be working for him.
