A little “get to know me” post because I’m still pretty new to the Cambridge area. 🖤

Hi, I’m Emma. I’m a newer lash tech here in Cambridge, and behind this little business is someone who has been trying to rebuild her life after what has genuinely been the hardest year I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve gone through more grief, loss, change and heartbreak than I ever thought I could handle. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I had to decide what I was going to do with everything I was feeling.

So I poured it into this.

I put every waking second I could into my business. I chose to put my grief into creating something good, building something that was mine, learning, growing, and giving myself something to wake up and work toward every day — instead of the million other unhealthy ways I could’ve handled it.

And truthfully, my business has given me a reason to keep pushing on days when I really needed one.

I’m still a newer lash tech. I’m still learning every single day. I’m still building my books and trying to get my name out there. But I care SO much about what I do, and every single person who chooses to sit in my chair means more to me than they probably realize. 🥹

Every appointment, share, tag, recommendation, review, and person who comes back for a fill is helping me build the life I’ve been fighting so hard for.

We’re looking for someone to join our team who is creative, reliable, and passionate about all things beauty and social media! 💕

What we’re looking for:
🖤 Available during the week, approximately 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🚗 Able to drive to our Cambridge shop at least twice a week
📱 Fluent in social media (this is a MUST!)
🎥 Knows how to create engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content
✨ Experienced with editing apps and tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
💻 Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new apps, software, and trends
🔥 Always up to date on the latest social media trends and viral content
💖 Friendly, outgoing, and confident creating content both behind and in front of the camera
👁️ A basic knowledge of lash extensions and the beauty industry is highly preferred
🎀 Creative, organized, and able to help bring fresh ideas to our brand
