This is very interesting. Back when McDonalds had the best French fries their secret was cooking them in beef tallow.

We just got notice the boil water for buckaroos has been lifted we can now take your deer

To all our customers we are still under a boil water alert and as such are not able to wash any animal carcasses. We are able to process. Please keep tab on our post as we will update you as soon as we are cleared

Due to lack of water at the plant, we are not accepting any deer or livestock today. We are closed other than pre-scheduled meat pickups. Check back here for updates!
