Before we close our eyes and start a new week, let’s sprinkle a little positivity on your timeline, besties. ❤️✨

🌙 Tonight’s mantra:
“I release what I can’t control, let go of what steals my peace, and choose gratitude over negativity. Tomorrow is a new day, and I’m going to meet it with a positive heart.”

The way we perceive situations can change everything. Before bed, let’s focus on what went right instead of everything that went wrong. Rest your mind, count your blessings, and give yourself permission to start fresh tomorrow. 🤍

Goodnight, besties! Sleep peacefully and wake up ready for a new week. 🫶🏽

It’s funny how God has a way of making you keep your word… and sometimes reminding you to slow down. 🙏🏽❤️

This was my FIRST weekend scheduled off because last month I admitted I was feeling burnt out and needed more time to rest.

Well, yesterday I got up, got dressed, and got in my wheelchair to honor a commitment I made to a client. Just as I was about to head into the bathroom, my chair completely shut down. No matter what we tried, nothing worked.

Today, the issue is still there. But you know what? I’m thankful I’ve been able to REST.

Sometimes we make plans, but God knows what we need. And sometimes the reminder to slow down comes in ways we never expected.

Rest is important, besties. You cannot pour from an empty cup. ❤️🙏🏽

🥲 woke up to my wheelchair not turning on AT ALL. I’m over today. My wheelchair are my legs. It’s how I’m able to get around. How I’m able to live life.

Numotion what’s the purpose of having after hours support to get NO support.
