If you come in with low back discomfort, I often begin with relaxing effleurage and focused soft tissue work on the legs before incorporating light, soothing Thai-inspired stretches. These techniques can help address tension in the quads, hip flexors, and adductor, areas that commonly contribute to lower back tightness.
