When I’m not in scrubs, I’m in gym clothes—either lifting weights, tackling chores, or power-walking through errands like it’s an Olympic event. 😂 This shirt is my favorite because “putting in work” pretty much sums up my whole life—whether it’s at the gym, running a business, or just trying to keep my priorities somewhat in order.

Being a business owner means I’ve taken on every role imaginable—CEO, receptionist, janitor, therapist, and part-time motivational speaker (mostly for myself). Sometimes I even bust out my pink tools and fix things like I know what I’m doing. 😂 Staying focused on the big stuff? Yeah… easier said than done.

Real talk—social media is not my strength. I’ll open the app, stare at it for 30 minutes trying to think of a good post & caption, get overwhelmed… and close it. Again. 😂
