It’s that time of the year again! #🇺🇸

As some know & I’m sure many wonder… I did not even come CLOSE to the goal to keep the shop going through the GoFundMe I posted 12-19-2021. It was just more proof that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON! Some of the reasons you can see in the pictures. I must also give a HUGE ”Thank you" to those that donated! That Greatly helped w/ the 3 weeks I was unable to work & kept our family afloat!

It seems as though there is another Barbershop attempting/moving into my old location. I just want it to be CLEAR! I Have No Affiliation w/ Them…. Furthermore I personally spoke w/ the (perspective) new owner & was “as clear and honest” about not only the warnings I was given by 4 pervious business tenants but also the “Building issues” (slum-lord ways)! I’m truly sorry to say, as I have built “neighborly” friendships w/ other business related to that property, I personally will not frequent many of the businesses there! Only because I refuse to further financially contribute to the heartless ways of the the property owner(s). If you want more detailed info please ask me in person, if you don’t already know!

I have 2 Chairs/Stations available in my shop that has been established for 30 yrs. Experienced licensed Barbers or Cosmetologists needed. Dual licensed preferred but not required, the shop gets a lot of traffic for shaves, wives, daughters etc… If Cosmo only, must be willing to go through the cross-over program before an agreed amount of time. I’m flexible between rent or percentage.

Proud of the new addition to the shop... It was made for me by a previous Co-worker & Friend. It Proudly hangs above 1, of my 2 Grandfathers who both served in WWII, and they both came out of those horrific times to serve ALL EVEN FURTHER! The one pictured (Jack B. Stephens), WWII Army Combat Vet, was the first of 3 generations to work at FSP, Folsom State Prison! My other Grandfather (Harold Marton) was a WWII US Navy Combat Vet! He later became a Firefighter! They were both AMAZING MEN who FAUGHT for this country & our freedoms! They served their community, weather you realize it or not! The inlayed coin is 1/2 side Johnny Cash & the other side for the FSP Railroad.
