Yoga is a great way to learn to master your breath. Many times during massages, I will ask clients to breathe into the muscle as I put pressure on it. You would be amazed to feel how the release of that breath releases tense muscles and trigger points with some guided imagery.

Remember to breathe into your abdomen and then chest, not just your chest. Ahh... much better :)
