We started with drawing eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil and every line you see is a result of Microblading.

The Client was lacking natural eyebrows to giving her a fabulous nature look.

Relax in a quiet candle lit room with some soft music for 20 to 30 minutes. Lay down and elevate your feet or recline with a hot cup of tea.

I like to give health tips. So many of my clients suffer with back and hip problems. Sometimes small slow stretches will help. Watch babies as they wake up or even animals. They stretch. By stretching the blood seeps into the problem area and improves the condition.
You can stretch in bed, on the floor, or reach up on your doorway on to your toes and ease yourself slowly down. Oh what a great feeling.

I attended the IBS (International Beauty Show) and Spa Show in New York this passed Sunday.
