This gorgeous young woman wasn’t feeling her balayage (not mine) and wanted dramatic blonde highlights (no cut) for Prom...her inspiration was Jennifer Anniston (at 16 her favorite show is not GOT, it’s Friends!) I think I managed to give her that and still stay age appropriate and low maintenance going forward.
