MEET JULIE// We are so excited for our newest artist to be joining our squad ✨
Get to know her:
✨ Started her passion for hair at just 5 years old, knowing early on that this was her calling.
🎓 Began the ROP program at 16, completed her training at Gavilan College in 1998.
💇♀️ Built her career at Nefertiti Salon (San Jose) and later spent 8 years at Attitudes & Images (Hollister).
🧖♀️ Opened Tranquility Day Spa & Salon in 2006, running it successfully for 12 years, then downsized to a 4-stylist salon, and eventually a one-chair studio.
🌎 During the shutdown, she relocated to Nashville, working at award-winning Ohana Salon for 2 years before returning home to California to be close to her children and grandbabies.
🌟 Now proudly joining Roots and Rouge, she brings decades of experience and a true passion for transformation.
🎨 Specialties include custom color + highlights, short and long cuts, all ethnicities, braids, crochet, locs, custom wig cutting, and Great Lengths extensions (u-tip, flat tip, hand-tied wefts, tape-ins).
We are thrilled to have such a creative talent in our salon to collaborate with and continue to give guests even more variety of services. 💫
