Hi Everyone!
As the year 2025 wraps up, I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all those that have supported me! If you took the time to share or interact on my posts, you helped get my content circulating! If you came to see me at the salon, you gave me much needed practice and the opportunity to grow! If you sent me an encouraging message or brought me coffee to help keep me going, you made more of a difference than you could ever imagine.
Being in school full time after 14 years of being out of that type of setting has had is challenges. Especially learning to balance work/mom life with two kids who have their own busy schedules. My husband works hard doing the overnight shift in order for me to pursue this career and I don’t take that for granted. I’m literally the definition of a broke college student as we navigate trying to raise 2 kids on one income while I get through school. So even the support of a small tip really does make a huge difference to my family and I am incredibly grateful. Tips are never expected, but are very much appreciated!

I have had a lot doubts and uncertainty about my capabilities of becoming a good cosmetologist. I fight my own mental health and feelings of inadequacy. But I truly believe God has me in this program for a reason and that the timing isn’t coincidental. I have a great support system both in school and in my personal life. I have felt led to go down this path for over 12 years and the fact that it’s happening is both terrifying and exciting.

I pray that everyone has a blessed, peaceful, and joyful holiday season with their loved ones. I can’t WAIT to work with all of you in the year 2026. Which will also be the summer I complete the program! 🙌
