All prices are for single color service and including your haircut.

Cancel within 24 hours and there will be no charge.
Cancel last minute or no show will result in the service being charged at full price on credit card provided.

I LOVE my job! I love all my guests. And I love getting to know new guests!
That said….. this self important, impatient, demanding, entitled BS will not be tolerated!!!
I have had new guests book … 2 hour appt and not show! After getting upset they can’t get in that second. Today I had a client get mad that she couldn’t get in before Easter / at the time she wanted and threw a fit !! I have never wanted to tell someone off so bad in my life! Enough People!!!

We as a salon have discussed raising our prices. We haven’t because we know so many of our guests are struggling as well. Times have definitely changed and man… our costs are rising daily. For now you will only see a price difference in retail products as we can not charge less for them. When we are able to get them !! We struggle every week to get the supplies we need to continue to do our jobs! And it has been quite frustrating!! Some prices may go up in the future so please be kind and understand we are sincerely sorry for it. Generally at this time we are paying close to 20-30% more per product than a year ago. I love what I do and making people feel good about themselves in such a stressful and frustrating time! I will do my best to keep my supplies stocked. And I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you.

The constant upkeep of tools, product, supplies. Now with the rising price tag. Every single one of these things are used in the salon every day. Some of which can be reused, others need repurchased. Things such as hot tools and shears need replaced or sharpened frequently.

Many salons will also be carrying the best of the best salon products, tools, and color, which means quality hair comes at a price.

Let’s talk about time. A lot of stylists are switching to hourly due to no one client being alike. As is with anyone and anything else, time is money. We put a lot of time in to helping you feel beautiful. Time is also precious, and when it’s taken away from us with a no show, our income is effected.

Experience. Man. I wish I could tell you the amount of times someone has unfollowed me or not wanted to come to me because of my price. Well simply put, more experience means someone will cost more. Period. No one can expect a salon owner with 10+ years experience to be charging a fresh out of school price. Plus. No matter your experience, you should always be breaking down how much all of this upkeep is costing you, and make sure you’re charging your worth.

Due to the craziness of this new way of doing business, some policy changes are going into place as of today.!!!
My second no show color appointment for a new guest has pushed me to implement a deposit for ALL new colors! I still have a list of people who need to get in. And trying to be fair in accepting new guests as well. This is disappointing and makes it hard for me to want new guests right now.

Affective today. Credit card will be taken when the appointment is made for half the service price. Please share. I really do appreciate new guests and referrals. But I can not have no shows for 2-4 hour spaces.
