Hello, Beautiful Souls

Thank you so much for your understanding while I learn how to transition into this new part of life. I am forever grateful for each one of you! Thank you for your patience and kindness when a simple "how are you doing" has brought me to tears. Thank you for providing comfort when I have needed to reschedule. Being a human on earth is hard sometimes. I have always made this a safe space for whatever you are going through in the moment and I am so, so happy you have given me the same opportunity✨✨✨

Dear Beautiful Souls,

Thank you for your patience and understanding as I navigate through the process of rescheduling and making adjustments to my availability. At this time I find it necessary to dedicate my energy and attention to my family as we learn to adapt to the significant change brought about by the loss of a truly exceptional, unique, and irreplaceable presence.

✨✨✨

I truly believe that there is no such thing as a bad massage, it's just a matter of finding the right fit! You could hear from multiple people that so and so is amazing and you walk away with different feelings about your experience. Everyones central nervous system needs something different and it's impossible for one provider to cater to all. That's the beautiful thing about massage, we have such a wonderful variety in our community!

This is why I typically don't post reviews. HOWEVER I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorites from over the years 🥹

Please be mindful of delays!

A whole new experience for the senses

This method is less about muscle manipulation, focusing on a different way to assist with central nervous system regulation. The session can be tailored to fit your comfort needs. Whether it's light pressure with head to toe flow or compression on the body through clothes, it is fully customizable.
This is a great opportunity for clients to experience body awareness with a more gentle approach, or for those who want the experience but might not be comfortable with skin to skin contact.

Hello Beautiful Souls ✨✨✨

I am BEYOND excited to share the news
I am now certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, specializing in the Vodder Method. I am looking forward to assisting with pre/post op healing, chronic sinus issues, acne, lymphedema, autoimmune disorders, migraines, and SO much more!

Not only have I witnessed the benefits of MLD in my personal life with loved ones, I have utilized techniques on my clients while I was taking the course. Even my clients who love deep tissue work have seen the benefits of incorporating MLD into their sessions, leading to an extended period of time with reduced chronic pain and some even being completely pain free for the first time in years.

Assisting with healing is one of the greatest blessings I could ever experience
