So thankful this patient was willing to let us show her before and after photos. At first she was hesitant for anyone to see her photos but when we showed her, she was thrilled and wanted others to know what is possible. She was very bothered by the excess skin and laxity under her chin and her neck. I performed a lower face and neck lift as well as a lower eyelid 35% TCA peel to tighten the crepey skin of her lower eyelids. We are thrilled for her and best of all, she is too!

Just saw this beauty back for her 1 month follow-up after an upper eyelid blepharoplasty! I absolutely love the refresh that happens after cleaning up a little of the extra upped eyelid skin.

I often get the question “Am I too young?” My answer is, well does it bother you enough to do something about it? Yes, the younger you do surgery the higher likelihood you may need to do it again in the future…but if you are ok with that, then that’s your decision! If it bothers you, let’s fix it 😊

Check out our lovely Jennie’s before and after pics! I performed a lip lift on her 1 month ago and I couldn’t love her results more. As we age, the white portion of the upper lip tends to elongate, contributing to the appearance of facial aging. Through an incision hidden under the nose (her’s is still a bit pink and will lighten significantly over the first year), I am able to reduce the amount of white lip and this leads to a very refreshed, more youthful appearance!

Warning! Sometimes people try to achieve this with filler and this leads to an overfilled, funny-looking lip. Because the problem is the length (amount of skin) of the white lip, you cannot take care of this with adding volume to the red lip. Questions?

This patient came to see me concerned about increased laxity in her lower face. With some discussion I was able to point out that her chin was quite deficient, resulting in more notable deepening of marionettes and jowling. We decided to proceed with dermal filler to strengthen her chin and middle jawline. 2 syringes of Restylane Defyne and 2 syringes of Restylane Lyft were used to achieve this result. As you can see, significant improvement in facial balance was achieved with precise filler placement. I couldn’t be more happy for this patient and, best of all, she is thrilled as well!
