Personal Kneads Bodywork with Allison Krause

Unfortunately, I’ve been so backlogged with new clients trying to book appointments, I need to start taking clients on a waiting list again.
My apologies to those who’ve called/messaged me…I’m slowly going down the list 🥴

today's my first day in the new office! it's still a work in progress (as we all are 😉), and thank you for the continued support & patience with me as i iron out the all the wrinkles.

i'm sooooooo excited to see you there! 🥹

Sooooo I did a thing.
After 11 years of being in the same building, me & "my boss" decided it was time for a moving upgrade 🤩 (my last day in the Graham building is July 30).
Don't worry, it's literally one block over, closer to Wait Park.
310 NW 3rd Ave, Suite 102 (Greenwood Homes bldg)

I'm downgrading as far as square feet in my office, but definitely not in quality. I will definitely miss being able to chat with my awesome friends/neighbors in the old building 🥺

- one story building (no more crazy stairs or elevators to deal with)
- absolutely GORGEOUS remodeled finishes inside
- NEW CARPET!! (IYKYK 😉)
- my own remote controlled HVAC unit!
- larger ADA bathroom, shared with only one neighbor
- a fancy kitchenette right outside my door
- on street parking (you get to show off your parallel parking skills)
- just steps away from Wait Park

I'm working hard to get this space as cozy & peaceful as possible, so I can continue to provide you with the best experience & results as I can.

Thank you soooo so much for your continued support... I'm looking forward to seeing you there beginning August 6! 😊

Soooooo a lot has changed in my practice in the past 4 years...ONE of them was switching my client booking site to Noterro back in 2022.

Welp. Two years later, I'm moving back to MassageBook.

Which means (if you're on my list) you'll be hearing more from me via emails & social media, and having a more streamlined & user friendly platform for all of us 🤓

Stay tuned for more info & thanks so much for your patience during this transition!

It's Monday again! Even though I will be out of the office the 31st-4th, you can text or call me to make an appointment for August! ;)

If you're "kneading" some down time this summer, contact me! Message me here on Facebook or give me a call! ✨

And YES! I am taking new clients! (Sorry not billing insurance😕)

It's Monday! With all the craziness happening around us, it's important to give ourselves a little break :)
