Dimensions Healing and Wellness, LLC

I love a MINI candle 🌈
They’re perfect for candle warmers 💕

NEW YEAR, new you??? You’re old you is good enough 🤩☺️
I love having goals though! Let’s have 2 goals be more self-care & more self-love 😍

✨ Happy Holidays, everyone! 🎄❄️

Some of the Holiday stressors we may be experiencing today:
-last minute gifts
-grocery shopping
-family stress
-feelings of grief
-loneliness

As we wrap up another year, it’s a wonderful time to slow down, reflect, and take care of you. The holidays can be joyful but also busy and even stressful—so remember that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

Make space for what truly recharges your soul. 🌟

Wishing you peace, rest, and lots of love this holiday season. 💙

LOVE donating & creating baskets!
🥰

Slowly moving out of the space! As of Aug 1st there will be no physical location. And currently not accepting appts due to moving. This was a good spot BUT I was not too found of it.
The stairs 🙅
The fact it was in a basement🙅‍♀️
Too small🙅‍♂️
The elevator music in the building 🙅

Our next location will hopefully be a storefront with more ability to do things. But time will tell! 😊
I will still be doing candles and jewelry if interested!

ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣

I am letting the physical location (400 East Main St L8 Canfield) go! For now, Dimensions services will be ~travel~ based. I will travel to homes or areas if interested in Reiki & Sound Therapy.

Since we do not have a studio, there will be no more yoga offered. Jessica offers free yoga (by donation) on Saturdays at 9am in New Waterford Park. Follow her page if interested! Yoga Vibes + Wellness With Jess

I will still make essential oil candles and jewelry and will sell at flea markets! Even though the physical studio has had to go, I am still excited for what Dimensions can become with annual workshops or whatever the future brings!

Thank you for all the love and support!

Also, yoga cancelled for this week! Get better Jessica 🤗

Yoga In The Park will be CANCELLED on Saturday 6/28/25 & Saturday 7/05/25. I have stitches in my forehead. Please spread the word.

No yoga this week!
