The Bahamas will always hold the center of my heart. Growing up on the beautiful island of Grand Bahama shaped so much of who I am. It taught me resilience, strength, faith, and the value of community. Some of my greatest values were born on those shores, and for that, I'll always be grateful. And let's not even get started on the culture! From the warmth of the people to the rich traditions, vibrant music, and unforgettable food there's truly nothing like it. One of my favorite things is introducing my husband to the flavors that shaped me. 🇧🇸🇭🇹 From Bahamian dishes to Haitian favorites, every meal is a little piece of home that I get to share with him. I will never forget the many dreams and confirmations I had leading up to meeting my now husband.
Those moments reminded me that God was already working behind the scenes, aligning things I couldn’t yet see.
I will never be convinced that there is not a God. His hand has been evident throughout my journey, and I’m grateful for every reminder that His plans are greater than my own.
If He spoke a word over your life, it shall come to pass no matter the length of time.. He is faithful to fulfill what He promised.

Taking care of myself allowed me to not only feel better but also show up differently in my work, my relationships, and my daily life. By prioritizing my well being, I became more present, confident, and capable of giving my best to the people and responsibilities that matter most.
