Lip flip before/after! 8 units of Botox placed just above the upper lip can relax the muscle that causes the lip to turn in when smiling. Friday filler funn!! Today we are focusing on the mid face! We added volume to the cheeks and the pyriform aperture to add volume to the nasolabial folds in my lovely patient. A subtle increase in volume and lift to the mid face for a nice natural look. Facial balancing is my #1 priority. A lot of patients come in requesting a certain feature to be fixed but we must look at the face as a whole and treat with a balanced approach to have the most natural look! If we treat nasolabial folds without adding volume to the cheeks we may make the mouth area look too "heavy" for example.
