Look at what I got today at the Mabank Farmers Market.
Trying to find a more natural approach to medicine.
The Leaf and Cup not only has wonderful herbal tea they are both nurses!
Trying their Sleep Dreams Tea tonight.
It tastes amazing š¤©
I also started taking Burdock Root Tea (not from them from Amazon). I love it! Helps with my eczema.
However once I have used all my burdock root tea I will definitely start buying from the Leaf and Cup.
If you havenāt checked them out go to their website at TheLeafAndCup.com
