🎓 As many of you know, I have been immersed in some very intensive trainings and explorations over the past few years, diving deep into somatic nervous system regulation and trauma resolution from the most respected and pioneering organizations in field, as well as deepening my own intuitive arts practices such as Tarot intuitive energy readings and channeled messages, in addition to continuing education for massage and bodywork. It seems a lot of us are experiencing ankle, foot and leg cramps lately. And possibly feeling some stagnation and achy joints from this hot and humid summer. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) this is the time of year we are moving from Summer, the Fire element, into Late Summer (TCM has this extra season called late summer) the Earth element, representing a transitional bridge of harvest, stability, and nourishment between the active heat of summer and the cooling contraction of autumn.
