I’ve been really lacking in the home making dept. of things. Today, I started bread and it’s resting.
I also cut up, cleaned garlic and baked it in olive oil!!
I will let it rest, and then take the garlic out for garlic butter and save the oil for garlic oil!!
I’m sooooo excited and happy for myself🥳🥳

Welcome to NTLwKAY! I am sooo happy you are here!!! I wanted to start this journey way back and I just never took the leap! It seemed too overwhelming or too much of a life change to do.
Then, I was pregnant with my first son Czar, when he passed durning an induced birth. The drs said it was a rare pregnancy and to try again. 14 months later, I had an emergency c section and my second son Atanas passed away from his lungs not being developed enough. Literally, 4 months later I was listed on the liver transplant list. In Feb. of this year, my momma donated half of her liver- and we went through literally one of the most dangerous surgeries. I have Ulcerative Colitis, RA, an issue with platelets and now on anti-rejection meds for the rest of my life.

So dealing with all of this, I was trying to hard to be healthy. I would literally do a 180 while pregnant. No fast food, no caffeine, literally bare minimum sugar and following ever restriction. I spent so much money on vitamins and specialty drs, I just wouldn’t understand what I could do differently. I legit was just defeated thinking is it me??

Following my transplant, I just decided to actually commit myself and start making small changes. I did t know what to do, where to start or how to stay motivated. I had a friend who was always talking about one specific companies products. I WAS HONESTLY GETTING ANNOYED! The she joined the company, was selling their products and helping others start their health journey. Finally, I was like OKAY OKAY I’ll just try it! I had been seeing SO MUCH ON GLADE PLUG-INS BEING SO AWFUL AND NOT ONLY TOXIC TO US, BUT MY BABY BOY, A$STR0 MY DOODLE! That’s all I needed to hear! I bought a starter kit anddd Jon and I have both been obsessed. We now have a diffuser in EVERY ROOM!! We’ve started trying other products, but I want to start documenting and helping others. I just started planning for growing veggies and fruits and MICRO GREENS in my basement!! I set my tent up and have now sourced the best products to use to grow AND GROW! I want to share my journey with growing indoors, until I can do it outdoors again! I actually hope to develop a love for the micro greens, so I become passionate and sell to others or help them grow their own!!

For me, I am hoping the small changes I make and continue to add overtime, make it possible for me to one day go home with the baby my body is supposed to grow. I want to commit myself, so when God does bless my family, I am around to experience life with them. My liver transplant didn’t change me. The loss of my children didn’t. Im changing me. I decided my life has so much value, much more than I was giving myself credit for. So, when my time is right, I pray to be able to physically carry my baby full term and go home with a healthy baby. I want to live FOR my future children, family… MYSELF! So I am taking this commitment very personal…. If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!

Here is a picture of my boys memorial area. I see this everyday and everyday I remind myself what type of life I want. Now, all I have to do is go get it!!
