Tips for clients after receiving Manual Lymphatic Drainage for tummy tuck, BBL, 360 Lipo or any other plastic surgery.

*Put compression garment on after session is over.

*Drink plenty of water reducing water intake will NOT reduce swelling.

*You may urinate more (it’s how swelling leaves the body) and urine might smell different or feel different.

*You may become less constipated as a result of abdominal work that is part of your treatment.

*Manual Lymphatic Drainage is not a quick fix. Your swelling will not be completely resolved in only one or two sessions. It is one - two months a couple times a week, depending on how you heal and feel.
