I’ve started to write in my journal a lot more this year and I’m so grateful that I’ve created a healthy new habit!

The last year of my life has been full of high highs and low lows and I think it’s important to recognize and talk about it. For years I’ve kept all of those thoughts in but the more I open up? The better I feel. Even just scribbling things down in a journal takes such a massive weight off of my chest.

You can’t predict what happens next. Life’s what you make of it, not what it makes of you.
