Please be aware of the service you book. Changes made during the process may result in additional fees, or last-minute cancellation charges.
Ex. If you scheduled a pedicure and decide to ONLY get a polish change
Ex. Instead of a fill in you just want a polish change
Ex. Instead of a full set your gonna do a fill
Ex. You schedule a fill but you need a full set
Ex. A fill thats 4 weeks old isnt the same as a fill thats 2weeks old
Ex. You scheduled a fill but missing 4-5 nails
Ex. 15 minutes late can result in a simple gel polish no art or stones
Ex. Needing to soak of but didn’t schedule one
Ex. Booking services you don’t need you will be expected to pay an inconvenience fee .. if you see your service is over 3hrs long please contact me you booked something wrong DO NOT let it go thinking this isn’t gonna matter ..booking wrong prevents someone from booking ..please be aware of what you book
Can we please Understand this in 2024….life happens to EVERYONE and things happen so I say this with the utmost respect THATS A PERSONAL PROBLEM… I still have bills and responsibilities… nails is a luxury service & I appreciate and I admire every person that keeps up with their personal care … but on the flip side .. I myself still have bills, plans, and obligations to uphold.. no call no shows , late cancellation DO REQUIRE A FEE that has always been part of the policy at Sit’N’Pretty.. please no awkward moments when you sit at your next appointment just pay the late fee .. don’t take my kindness and understanding for granted… thank you kindly ☺️
