Greetings from Scitown, Ohio! 📍Our Leadership team and 35th Signature Class graduate, Randy Lipscomb from the Akron Canton Regional Foodbank, had the opportunity to tour Scitown in Canton, Ohio! Scitown is the creative work hub of the Scitrain team offices in Ohio, designed as individual houses that border a road, have an “outdoor” patio space, bar, swing and more!

We met with scitrain, ltd founder Chad Luxenburg, and executive coach Holly Pederzolli, to tour the office spaces and to share our gratitude for their sponsorship of our summer conference, summer breakout trainings for executives, and friendship in all things leadership development. We highly enjoyed our time at Scitown and with their incredible team discussing workplace culture, resourcing teams in a partially post-COVID world, and of course, the film of the summer, the Barbie movie.
