This germ season is happening already with back to school!
This is one big ginger 🫚 root and 3 apples 🍎
We followed a shot with a nice bowl of beef stew that I also put ginger chunks into . Plus that gelatin , hydration, nourishment you get from that meat !! So good for you !
And I started my day with fennel tea that had 2 fresh slices of ginger in it.
I saved all the ginger and apple pulp - i plan on making a cake with the pulp and using honey 🍯 and cinnamon 😋 👌

Yesterday was deep relaxation with some tissue manipulation sprinkled in !!!
Client got to snooze 😴 and feel the results of the sprinkling !!!

Deep tissue tonight!!
Client has broken leg as well as neck posture issue. While I cannot work break site, there were many other parts being effected from lack of pressure of the leg such as hip, psoas , and lower back.
We worked all these areas and increased blood flow to the break site by working above and below.

Craniosacral therapy taps into the fascia system and releases anything restricting, opening pathways that have been repostured out of anatomical alignment. It also allows those cranium bones the flow( or breath as i like to call it) the bones need movement around these sutures, tiny breaths. A rhythm.
