Let’s take a closer look at some acne I’ve treated 👀

✨ PIE (Post-Inflammatory Erythema):
Those pink/red marks left behind after a breakout heals. Not active acne anymore, just lingering redness.

✨ Pustules:
Inflamed pimples with a visible white or yellow center (aka pus-filled breakouts).

✨ Papules:
Small red inflamed bumps that don’t have a visible head yet.

✨ Whiteheads:
AKA closed comedones. Clogged pores trapped underneath the skin that create tiny white or flesh-colored bumps.

✨ Blackheads:
AKA open comedones. Clogged pores that stay open at the surface, causing them to look darker.

The important thing to remember is that not all acne is treated the same! Different types of breakouts and acne marks require different approaches, which is why having a customized treatment plan matters so much.
