What makes Best Friends Body Butter so special? First, this was created when one of my best friends requested a particular formulation to help prevent stretch marks🩷 Secondly, all of the ingredients in this butter are best friends with your skin! From the mango butter base, which provides hydration with a light, non-greasy, feel that is non- comedogenic, to the added frankincense essential oil which is a powerful astringent, meaning it protects skin cells and it also helps to tighten sagging skin and reduce large pores. The orange and lavender essential oils blend with the frankincense to give it a lovely light orange earthy scent that is very grounding.

Baking Soda Face Scrub restocked!!! Look, I know it may feel weird to give up all those brands we grew up with like Noxzema and Sea Breeze or all the expensive brands like Clinique or Estée Lauder- but truly, READ THE INGREDIENTS! More IS NOT better and if you can’t even pronounce it, it’s probably even worse! Try simple non-toxic products that have been tried and true and lasted through the test of time. I’d love to write a book about why this face scrub IS THE BOMB, but instead if you have questions, send me a message!

I do not post very often about the training side of my business, however, THIS cannot go uncelebrated!!! THIS IS WHAT CAN HAPPEN with hard work, consistency, and trusting the process! THIS is what eating 1700 cal a day can do when paired with a proper lifting regimen.
