tasty meals, enjoying my runs (its hard to take time away as a parent but very necessary), lots of time spent outside and the best memories made with our little Laine 💪🏼💖🏃🏻‍♀️

life lately 🫶🏻

•always meal prep to start our week off on a good note 👌🏻 I’ve been making egg bites for a few years now - scramble eggs, use whatever veggies/protein you have in hand, top with cheese and bake at 300 for 30 minutes (better than Starbucks 😜)
•life couldn’t be better with our sweet girl 💕
•lots of tasty food (my sister cookies, grilled wings and fresh eggs from my brother in law)
•lots of runs with friends. Hit 50 miles for the first time in almost a year + slowing increasing my long run each week!

Trying to balance life, motherhood, marriage, work, friendships, self care etc is always a work in progress but doing my best 💛

a slow weekend 🫶🏻 a little under the weather with some daycare germs 🦠 but still managed to enjoy some yummy meals (& my sisters cookies, iykyk), Laine slept through the night for the FIRST time 😱🤯🥳, long run with friends (grateful for any miles I can get in this season of motherhood), lots of family time, sunshine & getting outside! Here’s to a great week ahead ☀️💕✨

a little bit of life lately 🫶🏻

can’t believe our little Laine is 7 months old, the days are long but the weeks fly by. Still not getting great sleep which obviously then affects everything else - motivation, workouts, nutrition, stress etc. but finally getting into somewhat of a groove and feeling a little more like myself each day.

Trying to build some mileage back up with running while staying injury free & keeping my strength in the gym / lifting weights I haven’t seen before and feeling good doing so 💪🏼🏃🏻‍♀️

Getting by these days with good food to nourish my body, lots of coffee and some wine for good balance ☺️ being a mama is the most fulfilling yet hardest job I’ve ever had 💕
