I received my first negative review last week, and I’ll admit it rocked me for a second. Then, after I gathered myself I realized that this review isn’t a negative reflection of my business.

The customer led with the fact that my products are great which indeed they are. So much effort is put into choosing my products each month. I never want to include a product that I don’t personally love and obsess over.

Before anything, Fineapples and Blush prides itself on being a Christian based business and I make sure it’s reflected in our marketing. (Have y’all seen the cute scripture cards we place in each box? 😍)

I wouldn’t have even started this business if I didn’t feel led by God. I’ve been working a 9-5 since I graduated college in 2009 and I was honestly content. And that was the problem. There was nothing to believe God in crazy faith for… After tussling with Him for a few months, I jumped. And we’ve been rolling (uphill) ever since. Can you roll uphill?? 😂

One negative review out of the hundreds of boxes I’ve mailed out… I can’t complain 🤷🏾‍♀️

And yes, I reached out to that customer to try to make things right 🙃
