Here I got such a awesome clean lift! In order to get those nice icy blondes toning is ESSENTIAL. Your hair naturally lifts yellow/pale yellow. If your is over lightened, over processed , you’ll loose pigmentation /melanin in your hair which will cause it to break, will be prone to damage, and dry.

This is why toning is essential, when your lifted to a nice healthy level. You can do anything with a good formulation and clean lift😈
