This enhancement to our schedule will reduce wait times for your body and health care needs. Dan Barker, many of my clients already know, is our Tai Chi class instructor will now be joining us as a massage therapist. Dan employs a variety of techniques, including trigger point, therapeutic massage, deep tissue and assisted stretching.

Tonya Smith, brings valuable experience from her work with Hospice patients and is eager to share her compassionate approach with you. She specializes in myosomatic massage techniques which focus on releasing emotional and tension related blockages within the muscles. Her gentle yet effective approach is particularly beneficial for clients with pressure sensitivity or conditions such as fibromyalgia, osteoporosis or past trauma.

For your convenience, Dan and Tonya will now be extending our hours through Saturdays.
