Y’all I’m shook. Two weeks ago I decided to make a lifestyle choice and chose ME. I chose HEALTH. I chose WELLNESS. None of those things meant anything about the numbers on the scale to me (but just for the sake of comparison I weighed in anyways). They meant so much more. I decided to hop onto and my only regret is waiting as long as I did to do so!!

The girl in my before pictures barely slept through a whole night. She never woke up refreshed and ready to take on her days. She was constantly bloated, her skin was SUPER unhappy and she was ready to go to bed at like 3pm LOL

Let’s talk about the girl in my afters!! I have never slept so good!! When I wake up in the morning I feel like I actually recharged my body in my sleep and I am ready for anything my day might throw at me! The bloating has diminished like you wouldn’t believe!!! And my skin prolly hasn’t looked this good since before the teen years (yes ik y’all know EXACTLY what I’m talking about)

Two weeks in and I’m down 8 pounds but more importantly I FEEL like my body is at its prime. I FEEL incredible and I’ll take feeling like that for life💚 @ Cape Coral, Florida
