✨ A Little Update to My Cancellation Policy ✨

Going forward, I’ll be enforcing my cancellation policy a little more strictly. I completely understand that life happens and things come up, and I will always try to be as understanding as possible. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can leave large gaps in my schedule that are very difficult to fill, especially with longer appointments.

To help protect my time and keep things fair for everyone, here are my updated policies:

• Valid card on file: A valid card must be kept on file for all appointments.

• Rescheduling/ Canceling less than 24 hours’ notice: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

• Rescheduling/ Canceling less than 10 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.

• Services longer than 4 hours: A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service. I will always notify you before charging the card on file.

• No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.

• Policy acknowledgment: Going forward, each client will receive a copy of my cancellation policies to review and sign. A signed policy agreement and valid card on file will be required before continuing to book appointments with me.

I truly value each and every one of you and appreciate your continued support of my small business. 🤍 These policies are not meant to be harsh or make anyone feel bad they’re simply necessary to protect the time I dedicate to each appointment and ensure I can continue giving every client the time and attention they deserve.

I will always do my best to be understanding when unexpected situations happen, and I appreciate the same understanding in return when it comes to the time I have reserved specifically for you.
