What started as a dream in the heart of owner Michaelann Stortz has grown into something so much bigger than a salon.

Wild Roots was built to be a place where women in this industry could come together, support one another, grow their careers, and thrive without competition or gatekeeping. A place where individuality is celebrated and success is shared.

Every woman in this photo is different. Different backgrounds. Different personalities. Different strengths. But we all share one common goal: to create beautiful hair, serve our clients with excellence, and make a positive impact on the lives of the people who sit in our chairs.

At the time this photo was taken, we were 14 women chasing a vision together. Today, that family is growing by two more.

I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built and where we’re headed. Thank you to every client, friend, and supporter who has believed in our vision. This is more than hair. This is community. This is growth. This is Wild Roots.
